Have you ever talked about preparing for end of life?
What would be important for you?
Bradford and Craven’s health and care providers want to make sure that everyone in our district receives high quality care at the end of their life.
To get this right, they want to understand people’s feelings about preparing for end of life – either for yourself or those closest to you.
The Engaging People team is running small discussion groups to listen to your thoughts, which will help to inform a new local plan for end of life care.
Join us at one of the three focus groups:
- Thursday 6th June, 2 – 3.45pm
- Thursday 6th June, 6 – 7.45pm
- Wednesday 19th June, 5.30 – 7.15pm
We understand that death can be a sensitive topic. If you take part, it will be up to you how much you want to share.
All discussions will be held at the HALE office, 1 Westgate, Shipley BD18 3QX Refreshments will be provided.
